Business Analyst - Finance - Regulatory Reporting - 12 month contract - Glasgow (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Regulatory Reporting? Do you thrive in busy environments where you can lead Change Delivery and manage multiple workstreams / concurrent projects?
You will be part of their Finance / Regulatory Reporting team, working closely with stakeholders across global locations. Your focus will be on delivering effective change, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks, and supporting the organisation's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of projects and change initiatives across multiple workstreams within regulatory reporting.
- Work with business teams across global locations to align project goals with organisational objectives.
- Analyse and implement regulatory reporting requirements, including but not limited to:
- Basel III and Capital Calculators
- FED, SEC, PRA, and EBA reporting standards
- FinRep, Bank Levy, and Recovery & Resolution Reporting
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Manage and prioritise workloads, balancing competing deadlines across concurrent projects.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Regulatory Reporting domain.
- Demonstrated success in change delivery and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of key regulatory reporting frameworks and requirements, such as FINREP, COREP, Basel III, PRA, EBA, and SEC reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of working with global teams.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering results
- Flexibility to work 3 days onsite in Glasgow is also required
