Business Analyst - ITSM / ITAM - ServiceNow - 12 month contract - Glasgow Hybrid (3 days onsite)

I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Process Analysis and Design to join our client in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental role in building out and enhancing their IT Service Management / Asset Management function using the ServiceNow toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive process analysis to identify and document current state processes and workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and design future state processes that align with business objectives.
• Use the ServiceNow toolset to build out and optimise their IT Asset Management processes.
• Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT Asset Management and ServiceNow implementation.
• Support the testing and validation of the new processes and system configurations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Process Analysis, ideally within corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow toolset, particularly in IT Asset Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
