About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong cyber security domain expertise, ideally within the Insurance domain, to join our clients team. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber-related data, risk assessment, and portfolio analytics to help develop and refine cyber risk solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, analyse data, and enhance cybersecurity strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements for cyber risk solutions.
  • Analyse cyber-related data to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risk trends.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to portfolio analytics to strengthen cybersecurity strategies.
  • Work alongside technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and models to support cyber risk decision-making.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to enhance risk assessment methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber risk assessment frameworks, cybersecurity regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience working with cyber-related data, risk modelling, and portfolio analytics.
  • Ability to define and translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are a plus.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and risk management platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
