About the Role: We are seeking a skilled BMC TSOM and BHOM Support Engineer to join our global consultancy client. In this role, you will provide L3 operational support on TrueSight (TSOM) and BHOM, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs. You will also implement, customise, and configure BMC products to meet our operational needs.

• Engage and assist all technical leads and colleagues.
• Execute the defined and agreed process, ensuring it interfaces with all other relevant processes.
• Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, perform process audits, and manage the process improvement cycle.
• Coordinate initial identification of assets within the department.
• Process data requests.
• Provide operational support on TrueSight (TSOM) and BHOM as per agreed SLAs.
• Implement, customise, and configure BMC products.
• Maintain TSOM application platform availability as per agreed availability commitments.
• Integrate BMC products with each other and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with relevant support teams to drive automation in asset tagging.
• Experience with Windows, Linux OS, ITIL framework.
• Networking basics for troubleshooting.
• Event and incident management.
• Patching and version upgrades.

Your Profile: Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Working knowledge of TrueSight Ops Management, Patrol, and TrueSight.
• Ability to work with significant deadlines for SRE and DevOps projects.
• Provide operational support on BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs.
• Working knowledge of the latest version of BMC products, various migration tools, along with BMC Helix.
