Account Executive Hire @ Series A Funded Cyber Vendor (250-350k OTE(50/50) + Stock
I'm recruiting for a truly unique company in Cybersecurity. They had a fantastic end to 2024, securing their Series A round of funding and have had a strong start to this year too. They've set their sights on achieving $5m ARR this year.
In 2024, they had a Founder-Led sales model, but they have just recently hired a Founding AE to build the GTM function from a sales perspective. You'd be working closely with the leadership team, and aligning on a focus with the Founding AE to grow ARR.
The Role:
- Leverage existing network relationships to generate new business meetings and ultimately, look to close deals too.
- Genereate new business opportunities utilisng a range of outreach methods including calls, linkedin and emails.
- Play a significant role in building the GTM strategy, influecing the tools that are used and work with the Founding AE to put together a 'sales playbook'.
- Adaptability is key - Being a startup environment, you may be required to take on additional responsibilities in line with the vision of the companies growth.
- Enhance the ARR generated by the company, and work to hit your quota, ultimately resulting in the company achieving their goal of $5m ARR in 2025.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a NB role, selling cybersecurity solutions/products.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
- Ability to strategise and put together a strong market expansion plan.
- Previous experience in an SDR/BDR position is hugely preferred,
- Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Characteristics such as resilience, drive and a true reason for why you want to succeed are vital, so that you can align your goals with the ambition of the company.
